Pressing

At Fineline Services we utilise two Brake Presses, our Durma AS-S 40320 which has a max tonnage of 320 and a bed length of 4.1m long. Our Pullmax press with a max tonnage of 425 and a bed length of 5.1m long.
Both presses are suited to a range of folding capacities giving us the flexibility to create a range of pressed profiles from standard folds too more elaborate profiles including square to round, lobster backs, cylinders, cones, bifurcations and more. With full CNC capabilities we are able to ensure both precision and quality using a full range of materials including Mild Steel, Medium Tensile, Boiler Plate Aluminum, Stainless & even High Tensile and Wear Plate.
